Flash have won CS:GO Super League 2017 Summer Season LAN, earning a spot at the $30,000 CSL 2017 Finals LAN.

After an online portion, that featured 16 teams playing a Swiss system group stage, four CS:GO Super League 2017 Summer Season LAN finalists were found. BOOT-d[S] and ViCi finished the online portion with a clean, 4-0 record, UYA earned a spot with four wins and one defeat, while Flash was the last team to make the LAN final, with a 4-2 score.

The LAN final was played out using a double-elimination BO3 bracket, with BOOT-d[S] taking on Flash in the first match. The Singaporeans, that are set to attend DreamHack Masters Malmö later this month, suffered a convincing defeat to Flash in the opener, going to the lower bracket with a 2-0 loss. In the other semi-final, ViCi managed to take down UYA 2-1, with the deciding match being a 16-3 blowout on Inferno.

AttackeR and co. won CSL 2017 Summer Season

BOOT-d[S] recovered in the lower bracket, but only barely, securing two 16-14 wins over UYA to face ViCi in the lower-bracket final. The Chinese side that features the likes of Bin "⁠Savage⁠" Liu, ZhiHong "⁠aumaN⁠" Liu and WeiJie "⁠zhokiNg⁠" Zhong lost a tight game to Flash in the upper-bracket, but didn't have a rought time facing the Singaporean side. Benedict "⁠Benkai⁠" Tan and co. were eliminated from the event after two maps, losing 16-8 on Inferno and 16-6 on Nuke.

Flash and ViCi rematched in the grand final, with Flash switching their map pick from Inferno to Cache this time around. The change proved to be a good one, as YuLun "⁠Summer⁠" Cai's team managed a more comfortable win on the first map, 16-12, before edging out Cobblestone 16-14 to secure the 2-0 win and the first place at CS:GO Super League 2017 Summer Season.
