DreamHack Austin viewer's guide

The next stop in the DreamHack Open tour will be in the city of Austin, TX, for the second time in as many years. Here is some information about the schedule, format, and the talent that will be bringing the action live.

The tournament will start tomorrow, April 28, and will run until April 30, when one team will be crowned champion and will take the lion's share of the prize pool, $50,000. Matches start at 18:00 on Friday, and 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday.


G2 will try to keep momentum after a good first LAN in Kiev

DreamHack Open Austin 2017 will feature, as with the rest of stops on DreamHack's Open tour, $100,000 in prizes. Competing there will be eight teams, as is usual in the two group GSL format DreamHack Opens. In this case, the eight teams are the following:
