COLON and minet return in TANTRUM

Two well-known Danish players Oliver "minet" Minet and Morten "COLON" Johansen have announced their new team—joining up to create TANTRUM.

Along with the ex-mTw player Oliver "⁠minet⁠" Minet and Morten "⁠COLON⁠" Johansen, whose AWPing made a mark early in CS:GO, joining the team will be Morten "⁠suraNga⁠" Jensen who played with minet in Airwalkers two years ago.

Philip "⁠tekziNz⁠" Karsbøl will be calling the shots for the team, with the 22-year-old Benjamin "⁠cube⁠" Stabell finishing off the TANTRUM roster.

minet played alongside Astralis' coach zonic in CS 1.6

Slotting in the coach role will be Marc "MarcK" Kjærgaard, who was also a part of the Airwalkers project in 2015.

This is what the in-game leader tekziNz had to say about the team:

"First of all, I want to say what an honor it is to play with such talented and experienced minds as minet, coloN and suraNga. They make my job as IGL easy. Last but not least we have our diamond in the rough, cube."

"We have been playing for some time now and its such a pleasure to witness the development and the progress within the team. I think that this lineup has a great mixture of firepower and gamesense."

"Furthermore, we have convinced the experienced coach MarcK. He contributes a lot which makes the progress even faster. For the time being, we will be playing under the tag TANTRUM."

Yup, and zaider/moxxi were only banned because of a chat conversation.. as far as I remember. I have no real opinion on the matter as I never checked their PoV's or followed their earlier matches, but no evidence was ever provided for them cheating, nor were they ever banned for cheating. There is 0 chance in hell colon saw those tiny pixels with real speed. You should try watch his demos from Copenhagen Games 2012. That's just the way he plays. On his aggressive, and a bit weird peekingstyle, he relies on his ability to aim and react quickly.. to do the unexpected. And on top of that he's also a great aimer. COLON was, for me, one of the most interesting players to spec in the history of 1.6, mostly because he had a playstyle like myself.

zaider/moxxi only banned for convo? you retarded? They first got banned in xpayn or whatever the danish shit was called, then zaider got ESL wire ban(not manual), then they got banned at ICSC9. I'm telling you, watch the original bustmovie from CB which is in real speed. There is 0 way to react that fast, it's not humanly possible. The video you linked is on 25-50% speed at max. And the fact that the shown clips is the 2 least suspicious plays in that series. No fucking doubt in my mind that that fucking ugly ass egg-face cheated at some point. Yes, he played some good matches on LAN but he never played like he did in online matches tapping 3 players trough smoke across the map at quite spread locations.

As I mentioned, I don't really know much about zaider and moxxi so I have no idea whether they are cheaters or not, there has always been rumors on the Danish scene though. So calm down with calling people "retard", it shows you are lacking a proper argument, like a cornered animal. They first got banned in xpayn or whatever the danish shit was called, Exactly, this ban was due to a facebook conversation. I'm 99% sure.. but it was quite a few years ago. I don't care what you "think", this seems to be the only argument. Yet, players like GTR, trace and NEO had the same type of reactions to movement. The scene just didn't understand that a "random onliner" was at such a high level, which was already widely discussed prior to the CB ban, even in the Danish scene. When the CB ban happened, all the haters suddenly had an excuse to rage out against him.. exactly like you did here. Yet, all you have is proof is that shit demo which proves absolutely nothing. Also, in a world where he would actually have cheated in some stupid CB match, which he didn't, who the hell cares? CB was a fucking joke, and it doesn't change the fact that he was a very talented player. natu was banned by CB for cheating as well, and Delpan/n0thing/zonic/trace/ave had all admitted to cheating earlier in their life.

For all the kids: coloN became famous playing online with amazing skills, but some people (including me) think he was cheating.
