Mathias "MSL" Lauridsen talked to HLTV.org about picking up Philip "aizy" Aistrup, North advancing to playoffs, taking a risk on Inferno at the beginning of the tournament and more.

North have advanced to DreamHack Masters Las Vegas playoffs after an initial loss to OpTic on Inferno, a comfortable Complexity affair, and taking revenge on OpTic in the deciding series.

In our next interview from Las Vegas, in-game leader Mathias "⁠MSL⁠" Lauridsen talked about the addition of Philip "⁠aizy⁠" Aistrup, North's matches, Inferno overall, and other teams that have made changes recently.

I agree with MSL, banana should be change a bit, it's way too much open than previous version yet they changed skybox to limit smoking it from ct or a long which is basically making it more open than any route in current map pool.

Yeah. they didn't need to do this many drastic changes. It's like they just took everyone's complaints from r/Globaloffensive and just mashed them up together without considering how it would add up. It also seems they didn't consider those who play with higher level of play (higher than "lets just rush b") and just catered to the lower level styles of play.

and removing stupid pillars would be great, cause they trully sucks... Especially me I like more wide areas maps... Feeling more comfortable. Depends on your playstyle.... Well I waited for changes, cause these old textures was so bored for a long time and now map looks more brighter.

hes right Old Inferno was much better to watch It was heavily CT sided and now Valve ruined it and made it T sided. Petition to bring back Old Inferno new graphics suck!
